Was born on 01/10/1977 in the city of Voznesensk, Nikolaev region. He is married and has two sons, born in 2000 and 2006.

Professional activity

Graduated from Odessa State Medical University in 1999, received a diploma in “General Medicine”. In 1999 – 2001 he completed an internship in the specialty “surgery”.

Since 2001, for 20 years, he worked in the specialty “Oncosurgery” and “Oncology” in the Odessa Regional Oncological Dispensary and the University Clinic of ONMedU, has the highest qualification category in the specialty “Oncosurgery”.

Member of associations: ESMO (European Association of Oncologists), EUSOMA (European Association of Breast Cancer Specialists), All-Ukrainian Association of Oncologists.

He completed an internship at the workplace in oncosurgery, plastic surgery of the breast in leading European clinics: National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named after A.A. Shalimova (Kiev), LISOD (Kiev), Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan), National Institute of Oncology (Budapest), European Institute of Oncology (Milan).

Introduced modern methods of reconstructive breast surgery and the method of removal of the sentinel lymph node in early stage breast cancer and skin melanoma (with the help of technetium 99mTc radiopharmaceutical).

Health care organizer

Has the highest qualification category in the specialty “Health Organization and Management”. Since 2003, he worked as a deputy chief physician and head of departments in the Odessa Regional Oncological Dispensary and the University Clinic of ONMedU. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of chief freelance oncologist at the Department of Healthcare of the Odessa City Council. He has the highest qualification category in the specialty “Organization and Management of Health Care”. Since 2003, he worked as a deputy chief physician and head of departments in the Odessa Regional Oncological Dispensary and the University Clinic of ONMedU. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of chief freelance oncologist at the Health Department of the Odessa City Council.

Scientific and teaching activities

From 2010 to 2018 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Oncology of ONMedU (concurrently). He taught the subject to students, interns and listeners in thematic improvement courses. He was the scientific supervisor of the winners of the All-Ukrainian student medical scientific conference.

Candidate of Medical Sciences. In 2014 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic “Optimization of the diagnostic algorithm in the system of clinical monitoring in women with breast tumors” (National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Kiev).
