Nutritionology
Nutritionology is a science that studies the issues of proper nutrition: the interaction of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements, their assimilation, consumption, excretion and impact on human health and quality of life. In other words, nutrition as a way of life, correction of deficiency or surplus of nutrients in the body.
Nutritionology consists of the following areas:
-
food composition
-
food absorption and health effects
-
the correct diet as a quality improvement of the whole body
The main difference between nutritionology and dietetics lies in an integrated approach to nutrition, in an in-depth study of the composition and quality of food.
Nutritionology studies the physiological needs of a person, the chemical composition of food products, food production technologies, and even the motives for human choice of food.
Dietetics studies both the individual diet of a person to maintain health and the diet of a person with various diseases.
Nutritionists – specialists who study each food component as a separate element of a large system, correctly combine and dose these elements in the daily diet. Often the lack of certain components leads to serious illnesses.
Nutritionists understand dietary habits that people don’t pay attention to in everyday life.
Considering :

-

-

Nutritionist’s help is not a desire, but a necessity for a person who wants to get more benefit from food. Since the main task of nutritional science is to identify the needs of the body and select high-quality and healthy food that will give energy and strength, remove inflammatory processes and cleanse the body.
