Bodylifting
Bodylifting (torsoplastika circular torsoplastika), is a complex operation aimed at tightening and removal of excess skin and VLS in the area of the shoulders, back, flanks, abdomen, thighs, buttocks. Typically, this operation involves several steps, for different parts of the body. Simultaneously, you can hold the plastic arms, abdomen and thighs, but if we are talking about a large amount of interference, it is better to divide the surgery for 2 -3 phase, as for very large areas of skin flaps detachment may be adverse reactions of the body in the form of gray (post-traumatic accumulation of fluid in cavities). Typically, bodilifting, is needed after significant loss of body weight in a short period of time. For example, when the patient loses more than 40 kilograms in six months. At the same time, inevitably there are excess skin, which is not able to independently reduced to previous levels. It is necessary to excise it.
Bodylifting is indicated to : first of all, dramatically grown thin patients; patients who had undergone bariatric surgery; women after labor, who had a large and overstretched ABS tissue.
Prerequisites for bodiliftinga are stable body weight (after weight loss) for more than 3 months, and ideally – 6-8 months; dieting; a sufficient level of physical activity; stable medical condition.

Preparation
Full-time consultation with a surgeon and a decision on the division of operations into steps
Consultation with an anesthesiologist and a careful history
For 2-3 weeks prior to surgery mandatory submission of a complete list of tests prescribed by the doctor
In addition, ECG, chest X-ray, duplex scanning of vessels of the lower limbs, ultrasound of the abdomen
Arriving at the clinic at least one day before the scheduled date of surgery for medical training
Three weeks before the surgery cancellation of potent drugs that affect blood clotting
